- Childhood and family - Tara grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey. She's the daughter of Donna Reid and Thomas Reid, both of whom were teachers and day-care center owners, and is of Irish, Italian, French, Hungarian, and English descent.
Tara is the sister of Colleen Reid, Patrick Reid and Tommy Reid.
Her brother, Tommy Reid, is also in the entertainment industry and has his own production company.
