 Indiana CPA Society facts

• Founded over 90 years ago (in 1915), INCPAS has over 8,000 members and serves as the professional home of CPAs, CPA candidates, accounting students and persons who are working in or involved with the CPA profession but are not CPAs
• INCPAS members work in public accounting, business and industry, not-for-profit, government and education
• INCPAS serves to advance the CPA designation by encouraging students and CPA candidates to take the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, and to provide support and services for CPAs from their entry into the workforce through retirement
• The Society’s mission is to enhance the professional success of its members while promoting the public interest; to encourage and facilitate the adherence to high ethical and professional standards; to facilitate relationships that will benefit its members; to promote a better understanding of services rendered by CPAs; and to represent the CPA profession
