Early life and Education

• Annie Wersching was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, where she graduated from Crossroads College Preparatory School in 1995. She had a background in Irish dance and was a member of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. Wersching received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in musical theater from Millikin University in 1999.

Career debut

• Annie Wersching started her acting career with a guest appearance on Star Trek: Enterprise and went on to have guest roles on shows like Charmed, Supernatural, and Cold Case. She had a recurring role on the soap opera General Hospital in 2007 and performed on stages such as Victory Gardens and the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Wersching played FBI agent Renee Walker in the 7th and 8th seasons of 24, and later appeared as a guest star in shows like NCIS, Blue Bloods, and The Vampire Diaries. In 2012, she was revealed to be the voice and motion-capture actor for Tess in the video game The Last of Us. In 2014, Wersching was a regular on the Amazon Prime crime show Bosch and in 2022, she played the Borg Queen in Star Trek: Picard's second season.
